一、化學(xue)名：多聚(ju)(ju)磷酸鉀，聚(ju)(ju)合磷酸鹽(yan)
五(wu)、性(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)：無色至白色玻(bo)璃(li)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)塊(kuai)、片或(huo)白色粉(fen)末(mo)。通式為(wei)線型多聚磷(lin)酸(suan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鈉(na)(na)(na)鹽(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)非均(jun)一混合(he)體，以(yi)三聚磷(lin)酸(suan)鈉(na)(na)(na)為(wei)主，另含有焦磷(lin)酸(suan)鈉(na)(na)(na)、六(liu)聚磷(lin)酸(suan)二鈉(na)(na)(na)、四聚磷(lin)酸(suan)鈉(na)(na)(na)、五(wu)聚磷(lin)酸(suan)銨和六(liu)聚磷(lin)酸(suan)鈉(na)(na)(na)等，其中n值(zhi)越(yue)大，則越(yue)呈透明的(de)(de)(de)(de)玻(bo)璃(li)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)。吸濕(shi)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大小和水溶(rong)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)pH值(zhi)9.5~9.8，四聚磷(lin)酸(suan)鈉(na)(na)(na)為(wei)8.3~8.7，五(wu)聚磷(lin)酸(suan)鈉(na)(na)(na)為(wei)8.6，六(liu)聚磷(lin)酸(suan)鈉(na)(na)(na)為(wei)8.0.具有對淀粉(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)強力分散(san)(san)作用(yong)，易溶(rong)于(yu)水，在水溶(rong)液中有螯(ao)合(he)金(jin)屬離子的(de)(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)質，使難溶(rong)于(yu)水的(de)(de)(de)(de)物質分散(san)(san)溶(rong)解。
六、用途：在肉制品、奶制品中作(zuo)(zuo)品質改良劑(ji)，可(ke)作(zuo)(zuo)含氟牙膏的磨擦劑(ji)。生化研(yan)究中一般作(zuo)(zuo)為分離(li)(li)分散和抗絮凝劑(ji)。分離(li)(li)堿土和重金(jin)屬離(li)(li)子。多價(jia)絡(luo)合劑(ji)。軟化水。膠(jiao)溶劑(ji)。金(jin)屬導(dao)管防腐。
七、包(bao)(bao)裝：內襯(chen)聚乙烯(xi)塑料袋，外套復合塑料編織袋包(bao)(bao)裝，每(mei)袋凈重25kg。
八、貯(zhu)存與運輸(shu)(shu)：本品應貯(zhu)存在干燥(zao)通風清潔(jie)的庫房中(zhong)，裝載運輸(shu)(shu)時要輕裝輕放，防(fang)止(zhi)包(bao)裝破(po)損(sun)，防(fang)止(zhi)受(shou)潮、受(shou)熱，運輸(shu)(shu)過程中(zhong)防(fang)止(zhi)雨淋受(shou)潮，應與有毒物品隔(ge)離(li)。

1、Chemical Name: Sodium Tripolyphosphate
5、Character: Colorless to white glassy block, piece or white powder. The general formula is a heterogeneous mixture of sodium salts of linear polyphosphate, which is mainly composed of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, disodium hexapolyphosphate, sodium tetrapolyphosphate, ammonium pentapolyphosphate and sodium hexapolyphosphate. The larger the n value is, the more transparent it is. The size of hygroscopicity and pH value of water solubility are 9.5 ~ 9.8, 8.3 ~ 8.7 for sodium tetrapolyphosphate, 8.6 for sodium pentapolyphosphate and 8.0 for sodium hexapolyphosphate. It has strong dispersing effect on starch, is easily soluble in water, and has the property of chelating metal ions in aqueous solution, so as to disperse and dissolve the insoluble substances.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
